Longer dimension stated online always refers to the width of horizontal (landscape format) images or to the height of vertical (portrait format) images. For example: 40" x 60" horizontal image size means it will be printed 40" high (tall) and 60" wide (long), but 40" x 60" vertical image size means it will be printed 40" wide and 60" high (tall).
ONLINE CROPPING TOOL : You can adjust cropping of images (when possible, for irregular print sizes) directly online by moving dotted line frame on the image preview (after clicking on "Buy" link or product button) and just leaving it in a desired position - the system will remember your selected image crop.

SHIPPING : Prints are usually ready and shipped very securely packed in five to fifteen business days - often sooner (extra large sized prints, framed prints and large commercial orders may take longer to produce). Delivery is usually by Fedex or UPS or USPS (or freight carrier for large commercial orders) in United States and Canada and by Fedex International or other carrier in other countries. Please always provide exact street address (no PO Boxes).
If any damage to artwork occurs during shipping - we will replace it ASAP free of charge (please do send us photos of damaged artwork and also of damaged packaging, if possible, right after your order is delivered).
PAYMENTS / RECEIPTS / CANCELLATIONS / DELIVERY EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS : Payment for print orders can be made by any major credit card or Paypal (clients on our commercial accounts list can also pay by business check or bank transfer). All credit card payments are processed securely by Paypal (when you select Pay with PAYPAL option) or Stripe (when you select Pay with CREDIT CARD option).
Because orders are sent automatically and immediately to print lab for production, orders can not be cancelled after 60 minutes from the time of the order placement, even if order payment might still be in pending status.
